About these terms

These terms describe use of the POSSIBLD. creative agency website. They do not replace a project agreement. Privacy information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

The legal operator’s full name, business address and any applicable registration details must be confirmed before these terms are finalised. Questions can be sent to info@possibld.com.

Enquiries and project agreements

Website content explains our capabilities and is not a binding offer. Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not create a service contract or reserve availability.

Work begins under a separate written agreement or accepted proposal setting out the scope, deliverables, fees, timeline, responsibilities, revision process and any cancellation terms. If project terms differ from this website overview, the agreed project terms govern the work.

Our services and their scope

POSSIBLD. combines brand and marketing strategy, positioning, identity, creative direction, digital experiences, AI-assisted content, GEO research and recommendations, practical automation and content systems.

Ongoing paid media management, daily social media management and PR management are not presented as standard services on this website. Physical production enquiries may be directed to the separate production website and covered by a separate agreement.

Deliverables and outcomes depend on the agreed scope. We do not guarantee rankings, inclusion in AI answers, sales, ROAS or other results affected by platforms, audiences and decisions outside our control.

Website content and intellectual property

The website’s design, copy, branding and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You may view the website and share links to it. Reuse, republication or commercial exploitation requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where the law permits it.

Rights in commissioned work, editable files, third-party assets, fonts, software and AI-assisted materials are defined in the project agreement and relevant licences. A website enquiry does not transfer ownership or grant an exclusive licence.

AI tools and third-party materials

AI tools may support research, ideation and production where appropriate to a brief. People set the direction and review the work. Tool choice, permitted data use, approvals and rights clearance should be agreed for the project.

AI-generated outputs can require factual checking, editing and rights review. Do not send passwords, sensitive personal data or materials you are not authorised to share through a general enquiry. Any access to client systems or confidential material must be arranged through an appropriate project process.

Using the website responsibly

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, misrepresent your identity or infringe another person’s rights. Provide accurate contact details so we can respond to your enquiry.

External links and availability

External links, including Calendly and the production website, take you to separate services. Their own terms and privacy notices apply. We do not control third-party availability or content.

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but may correct, change or temporarily remove content. The website may be unavailable during maintenance or due to technical issues. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

Updates to these website terms will appear on this page with a revised date. They do not retrospectively change an agreed project contract.

For questions about the website or a proposed project, send an enquiry. Applicable law and dispute arrangements for commissioned services should be specified in the relevant agreement; this draft does not select an unconfirmed jurisdiction.
