Draft for review

Operator details and provider arrangements are awaiting confirmation before public launch.

Who is responsible?

This notice covers the POSSIBLD. creative agency website and enquiries about our services. For privacy questions, contact info@possibld.com.

POSSIBLD. is led by Darina Doroshenko. The legal operator’s full name, business address and applicable registration details must be confirmed before this notice is finalised.

Information you provide

When you enquire, you may provide your name, email address, company, project type and a description of your needs. Follow-up correspondence may include other information you choose to share.

The current enquiry form prepares an email in your own email application. You must press send there to deliver it. The website does not store these form submissions in a separate enquiry database. Your email provider handles the email you send; our email service handles it when received.

Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential third-party data in an initial enquiry. Required fields are needed to prepare your enquiry; company details are optional.

Why we use information

  • Answering enquiries and preparing proposals: to understand your request and discuss possible work. Where GDPR applies, the basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries when you represent a company.
  • Managing agreed work: to communicate, deliver the agreed services and administer the relationship, under the contract or our legitimate interest in working with your company.
  • Security and legal requirements: to protect the website and business, handle disputes and meet applicable legal obligations.

Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. This website does not use enquiry data for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Hosting, email and scheduling

The website is hosted through OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites service. Hosting and access-control providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request logs and authentication information to deliver and protect the site. The website is publicly accessible; the custom website code does not create a visitor profile database.

Email providers process enquiry correspondence. The “Schedule a call” link takes you to Calendly, where you choose whether to enter your details and book a meeting. Calendly is not embedded in this website. Scheduling details are processed to arrange and manage the call.

Relevant provider information: OpenAI Privacy Policy and Calendly Privacy Notice. We may also disclose information where required by law or to professional advisers assisting with a legal matter.

Cookies and local storage

The custom website code currently contains no advertising pixels, visitor analytics or marketing cookies. Its images and hero video are served as website assets. Hosting, security and private sign-in infrastructure may use necessary cookies or similar technologies under the relevant provider’s terms.

If optional analytics, tracking or embedded third-party tools are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before those tools are enabled.

Retention and international processing

Enquiry correspondence is kept while it is needed to respond to your request, discuss a project or maintain a relevant business relationship. Project records may need to be kept longer for contractual, accounting or legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the type of record, the relationship and applicable law.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. The applicable hosting, email and scheduling locations and transfer safeguards must be verified against the operator’s actual provider agreements before public launch; this draft does not claim a particular storage country or transfer mechanism.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These rights are subject to the applicable conditions and exceptions.

Send a request to info@possibld.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also complain to your competent data protection authority, including the authority where you live or work when GDPR applies.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when the website’s data practices change. The review date appears at the top. Project-specific processing, if any, will be covered by the relevant written agreement and privacy information.
